1. Preamble
1.1. Versatool LLC (the “Operator”, “We”, “Us”) operates the following services and websites:
versatool.ai, a web-based application for editing photos and images. (each, a “Service”, or together, the “Services”). These Terms of Service apply to all users of the Service(s) (“User”).
1.2. Users who use a subscription plan or pay-as-you-go credits also agree to additional terms outlined in the General Terms and Conditions of the respective Service.
2. Rights of Use
2.1. The User may use any of the Services exclusively for non-commercial or commercial purposes, depending on the subscription plan. Users without a commercial-use license may only use results privately.
2.2. The Operator reserves the right to restrict or suspend a User's access to the Service without prior notice.
2.3. By using the Service, the User agrees that the Operator may store IP addresses for security and usage monitoring purposes.
3. User Responsibilities
3.1. Users must not take actions that may harm, disrupt, or compromise the security of the Service, including but not limited to:
Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities or bypass security mechanisms.
Uploading or distributing malware or other harmful software.
3.2. Users guarantee they have the necessary rights (such as copyrights, trademarks, or licenses) for processing uploaded images.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
4.1. Users must not upload content or use the Service for purposes that:
Promote harm, abuse, or illegal activities.
Violate the rights of individuals or third parties.
Contain sexually explicit, defamatory, or fraudulent material.
Promote hate speech or discrimination.
Violate applicable laws.
4.2. The Operator reserves the right to determine whether content violates these guidelines and take appropriate actions.
5. Restrictions on Use
5.1. Users may not:
Resell, distribute, or sublicense the Service.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Service.
Use automated data scraping, bots, or similar techniques.
Bypass any security measures of the Service.
6. Content Moderation and Complaints
6.1. Users are responsible for all content they upload to the Service. The Operator does not guarantee pre-review of user-generated content.

7. Warranty and Liability
7.1. The Service is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted access, data accuracy, or software availability.
7.2. The Operator is not liable for any direct or indirect damages unless caused by intentional misconduct.

12.2. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
